Against some of the UK’s leading businesses, we’ve made the shortlist for two categories at the well-respected TRI Awards! The prestigious ceremony, which recognises industry leaders in turnaround, restructuring and insolvency, has selected Fulcrum Care as a runner-up for both the highly coveted Best Turnaround of the Year award, as well as Best Employer.
What are the TRI Awards?
The Turnaround, Restructuring and Insolvency (TRI) Awards recognise the achievements of businesses, teams and individuals working within the industry. Each year over 30 categories are voted on by leading sector experts.
With our nomination for the Best Turnaround of the Year category, we’re delighted to be acknowledged as one of the market leaders in turnaround and restructuring within the care sector. Former winners of the award include the likes of a globally-operating law firm, Dentons and business recovery specialists, Chamberlain & Co.
How we help our care home clients
If a care home is providing inadequate care for residents, it could see its services restricted or shut down completely while placed under Special Measures. That’s why we know that managing a care home turnaround must be given immediate attention and urgency to demonstrate that positive changes are being made. Our experienced care consultants provide a specialised and personal approach for each care home we work with.
“Every turnaround is unique and our team possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience to handle each type of situation, restoring businesses’ profitability, safeguarding clients’ positions and ensuring the best quality of care for residents. It is great to have our commitment and hard work of supporting health services during the pandemic acknowledged,” says Tony Thiru, Fulcrum Care CEO.
Supporting the future of care
“We have our fingers crossed for the final ceremony in December,” Tony adds. “The TRI Awards are the most prestigious celebration for the turnaround and restructuring industry, so we are delighted to have been named as finalists in two categories in recognition of our ongoing work.”
