Five years of care sector consultancyA lot can happen in five years – especially in the ever-changing landscape of social care. The role of a professional care consultant is very hands-on, requiring an up-to-date knowledge of the latest social care regulations, creative solutions to unique challenges, as well as a strong understanding of what it means to deliver an outstanding quality of care. This has meant that we have always worked very closely with care home providers, owners and managers as members of their team, guiding them through often complex issues with the strategy and oversight to improve their Care Quality Commission (CQC) ratings, create a better care service environment for residents and ultimately improve their commercials.
Our care consultancy in numbersFollowing the coronavirus pandemic, we’ve achieved some amazing highlights. These include:
- Helping over 150 care homes meet up-to-date compliance targets and improve their ratings
- Supporting more than 112 care home providers to improve their service and commercials
- Assembling a team of 18 professional care consultants, with around-the-clock support for our clients
- Saving over 16 care homes from urgent closure with innovative solutions
- Introducing 10+ care management teams to our Quality Management System to future-proof their procedures.

Outside of the kind reviews and testimonials of our care home clients, we’re also delighted to have been recognised at the influential Leaders in Care Awards, winning the Best Business Services category in 2021. We were also included in Care Home Professional’s Best Products & Services of 2021 for our Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) Health Checks service.
