Care home managers are the heartbeat of care homes, which is why we’re proud to announce that we are sponsoring the Registered Manager of the Year category at the upcoming Leaders in Care Awards 2021. This is in recognition of the individuals who have gone above and beyond to make a difference for the residents in their care and champion the systems of their care home. We wish the best of luck to all the shortlisted nominees for the awards in October.
Providing tailored expert knowledge and support to help our care home clients better utilise new systems and services for their residents, is a cornerstone of what we do at Fulcrum. This regularly sees us working closely with care management teams in care homes across the UK as a member of their team, collaboratively creating and improving care systems and procedures to meet the latest CQC requirements and ensuring the best possible quality of life for residents.
Sponsoring the Registered Manager of the Year category at the Leaders in Care Awards 2021 is a chance to show our appreciation for the care home managers across the UK who have made a positive difference for residents throughout the challenges of 2020. Organised by Care Home Professional and Home Care Insight, the ceremony will take place on 13th October 2021 at the National Conference Centre, Solihull.
Tony Thiru, CEO of Fulcrum Care, says: “It is our pleasure to acknowledge the amazing work and dedication that care home managers have given across such a challenging year for the sector. Sponsoring the Registered Manager of the Year category is a great way for us to honour the individuals at the heart of the care home service, whom we often work alongside in a supporting role.
“We wish the best of luck to all of the October finalists, and look forward to celebrating their dedication and resilience at the awards ceremony.”
