Iona Butler

Iona is a registered nurse with over 30 years’ experience within the care industry. Iona has worked many various roles within the industry including management positions and Quality Lead, which has allowed her to gain a broad understanding of all aspects of care.

Iona is knowledgeable with CQC and their key lines of enquiries and can carry out all types of audits within residential and nursing homes. Iona has supported homes during CQC and Local Authority inspections where she supported staff with the completion of actions needed to improve the services.
