Our Team
Our team is compiled from various care home specialists with over a combined total of 100 years of experience. Our team will turn around your care home if it is failing. We can take your home from ‘inadequate’ or ‘requires improvement’ to ‘good’ and ‘outstanding’. Through consultancy and audits, we determine what your management team needs to do to improve.
We then advise you on the steps necessary or will put a manager in place to personally oversee improvements in levels of care, safety, leadership, responsiveness and effectiveness.
