Alexis Stannard is an award-winning social care leader with over 20 years of experience driving innovation, inclusion, and quality across supported living and residential care services. Known for her person-centred, values-driven approach, Alexis brings deep expertise in strategic service development, compliance, and sector-leading care standards.

Throughout her career, Alexis has held multi-site leadership and registered manager roles, where she successfully led services to achieve Outstanding CQC ratings across all areas. She has overseen complex supported living networks, managed regulatory compliance at scale, and pioneered frameworks that integrate AI and digital tools into long-term care planning—transforming how independence, inclusion, and wellbeing are achieved in the sector.

Her innovative leadership has been recognised with multiple Surrey Care Awards, including Innovation in Care, Manager of the Year, and Team of the Year. As Founder and Managing Director of an award-winning social enterprise, Alexis has created unique opportunities for people with learning disabilities, from volunteering at Glastonbury Festival to completing charity work in South Africa.
