Once we have received your order, we will arrange an initial call with you to understand a little more about your care organisation and to set out what happens next.
Prices quoted are per month and exclude VAT. Unless otherwise stated, the frequency of services is once per year.
There are several payment options available, including payment upfront via credit/debit card or PayPal, or through three monthly interest-free payments using PayPal's 'Pay in 3'.

Terms and Conditions How our care packages work
Prices quoted are per month and exclude VAT. Unless otherwise stated, the frequency of services is once per year.
Care Packages are subject to a minimum 12-month agreement (“Minimum Period”) with Fulcrum Care Limited. Payment is processed via GoCardless and consists of an initial payment followed by a minimum of 11 monthly payments. These will be charged via direct debit or the credit/debit card provided. You authorise Fulcrum Care Limited to automatically debit your account or charge your card for these recurring payments. In case of early termination, payments will continue to be taken until the end of the Minimum Period. Fulcrum Care Limited reserves the right to modify these terms with notice. This Agreement shall automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month periods (the “Renewal Term”) unless either Party provides written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the current term. Either Party may terminate this Agreement at the end of the current term by providing such written notice. The terms and conditions of this Agreement will remain in effect during each Renewal Term unless otherwise modified or terminated in accordance with the terms herein.
