Our Mock Inspection Options

Tier 1: Mock Inspection, Full Report & Action Plan

Our consultants complete a mock inspection aligned to the CQC framework, reviewing both documentation and practice within the service.

This includes:

  • On-site inspection activity
  • Review of care plans and records
  • Staff and management discussions
  • Observation of support practice
  • Governance and leadership review

Following the inspection, providers receive a full mock inspection report, outlining findings across key areas alongside a clear action plan identifying priority improvements.

This provides services with a detailed understanding of their current position and a clear roadmap for improvement.

Tier 2: On-Site Improvement Support

Many providers find that while a report and action plan identify what needs to improve, translating this into changes in practice can be challenging.

Fulcrum offers an optional on-site improvement support visit to help services implement their action plan.

During this visit we can:

  • coach managers and leadership teams
  • support staff understanding of improvement priorities
  • strengthen practice around MCA, risk enablement and person-centred support
  • support services to embed improvements across the team

This support helps providers move from identifying issues to embedding meaningful improvements within the service.
