Abbas has been in the care sector for over 11 years, including as a Registered Manager and currently as an operations Manager. During his last CQC inspection, his home achieved an Outstanding rating. Abbas works closely with providers on electronic medication and care planning systems, to ensure that they are used properly and effectively.
Abbas is currently a technical member of IOSH and provides Health and Safety audits to help rectify and fix any issues. Abbas carries out medication audits as well as supporting any home to develop great structure and organisation in terms of medication management to ensure competence and proficiency.
