With more than a decade of experience across sales, stakeholder engagement, and solution-led consultancy, he excels in managing the full sales cycle - from early-stage prospecting through to demonstrations, negotiations, onboarding and long-term account growth.

Before joining Fulcrum Care, Adin worked at The Access Group in Digital Care Solutions, where he delivered over £540k in SaaS sales, led more than 250 product demonstrations, and built trusted relationships with care managers, operational leads and senior decision-makers. His consultative approach enables him to understand service pressures, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions that deliver genuine value.
