Caron Sanders Crook - Regional Manager

Caron is a nationally recognised Queen’s Nurse and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, with over 30 years of senior leadership experience across health and social care. She is Co-Chair for the Social Care Nursing Advisory Council for the East of England and brings deep expertise in governance, safeguarding, operational turnaround, and workforce development, with a strong track record of stabilising underperforming services and improving regulatory outcomes.

Caron is particularly recognised for her trauma-informed leadership approach, supporting organisations to build compassionate, resilient, and learning-led cultures. She has held senior operational roles across national care portfolios, leading improvements in quality assurance, workforce capability, and inspection performance.

In addition to her operational leadership, Caron is an experienced coach and educator, specialising in reflective practice, ethical decision-making, and leadership under pressure. Her ability to combine clinical credibility with strategic insight enables organisations to navigate complexity, strengthen governance, and achieve sustainable improvements in care quality and organisational culture.
