Doriann Bailey - Director of Delivery

Doriann Bailey is a highly experienced healthcare leader with over 35 years’ service across health and social care, including the NHS, independent sector, and regulatory environments. A Registered Nurse and Midwife with an active NMC PIN, she brings extensive expertise in clinical quality, governance, compliance, and service transformation across diverse care settings.

Her background includes senior leadership and advisory roles supporting providers through CQC inspections, regulatory challenges, and improvement or turnaround programmes. With more than a decade of experience as a Specialist Advisor to the Care Quality Commission, Doriann has a strong understanding of inspection processes, the Single Assessment Framework, and effective governance and oversight.
