- Annual on-site mock inspection – comprehensive CQC or CI readiness review covering trackers, medication management, MCA & DoLS. End of day feedback to discuss recommendations and findings
- Post-mock inspection support – assistance to develop an action plan or Service Improvement Plan (SIP) with continuous oversight to help you implement our recommendations effectively
- Annual remote mini mock inspection – including review of trackers
- Monthly record review and action plans – one day a month dedicated to reviewing records for your residents (i.e., care plans, risk assessments), and developing an action plan
- Monthly review of and advice on safeguarding matters – reviewing incidents and complaints, including follow up and review of documents to be submitted
- Quarterly on-site consultant visits – regular presence to support your team
- Regular (optional) consultant catch-up Teams calls – as required, to meet your needs. Helping you to implement best practice, and proactively support your service in maintaining compliance with all relevant legislation
